Limousine Service booking terms and conditions.


All prices shown are retail one-way transfer prices. GST included. Prices are in Australian Dollars.

The booking is not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation phone call or e-mail. You will get a confirmation phone call from Blue Line Limousine 48 hours prior to the pick up or transfer time. If you don’t get a confirmation call from Brisbane Premier Limousines, please contact us immediately.

The prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Tolls are not included in quoted price, they are extra.

Blue Line Limousine may at any time amend this site’s terms and conditions without notice.

We reserve the right to use subcontractors and chauffeurs when needed.

If payment is made by bank transfer, the funds need to be cleared prior to pick up.


Blue Line Limousine will not be held responsible for delays incurred due to traffic delays or vehicle breakdown circumstances beyond our control.

Blue Line Limousine is not obliged to compensate any funds that travellers incur due to breakdowns or late arrivals. Please have the appropriate insurance.

Excess luggage is no problem, providing you notify us in advance.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage to luggage, personal and valuable items.

Due to government regulations, smoking or the consumption of alcohol is illegal while you are in our vehicle.

Any damaged or cleaning to the car will in incur a fee.

Child restraints will be supplied at a small surcharge if required, all children under 7 must be in a baby or booster seat.


Simply call or email us and we will provide you with a quote.

Please make your booking at least 24 hours in advance and have all your flight details handy. You will need to supply your flight number and flight arrival/departure time, which airline you are travelling with and which airport – Brisbane International or Domestic and Gold Coast International or Domestic. We will also need to know how many passengers are travelling and how much luggage you have. If there are more than 11 people travelling, please contact our office.

If you wish to make a late booking do not hesitate to contact us, as we will try to accommodate you with any late bookings or changes However, early reservations are encouraged.

Blue Line Limousine offers 24 hour / 7-day service; bookings may be made at any time.

If you have any changes to your schedule, you should advise Blue Line Limousine as soon as possible. Less than one hour notice and full fare will be charged to your credit card as we have confirmed the booking, and have the driver ready to collect you. Please allow enough time for your pick up to make your flight, our drivers will not speed for you.

For the cities not listed on our website, prices will be available upon application or request.

When making a booking on either the Web Site or by phone please make sure you book the right car for your transfer or pickup. If u book the wrong car and driver turns up for the booking full fare will be charged.


We accept Direct Deposit, all Debit and Credit Cards payments in car or over the phone and EFTPOS and Bank Transfers.

We accept Cab Charge.

All fares are one-way transfer rates including GST.

All fares do not include BAC parking fees, toll fees they are extra.

All fares are subject to change without any notice.

We also can offer accounts to Corporates on seven-day invoice cycle.

A surcharge of 3% will apply for credit card and visa debit card (if visa debit cards are used for EFTPOS or Cheque account) payments.

A baby or a booster seat will attract a $10 dollars surcharge.

All confirmed bookings are subject to $50 cancellation fee.

Transaction fees can be avoided by paying cash or using direct bank deposit. Direct Bank deposits need to be cleared prior pickup.
